We offer two distinct application methods so you can control your wear time. For a temporary look, use the included sticky tabs for up to 3 days of wear. For a long-lasting manicure, apply the nails with out specialized gel nail glue for up to 3 weeks for extended elegance. The actual wear time can vary based on your personal activities and application.

Yes, just remove them carefully, clean them, and store them in their case for your next wear.

Absolutely. Our nails are made from hypoallergenic material and are designed to protect your nails when applied and removed as instructed.

Unlike cheap plastic nails that are thrown away after one use, ours are works of art built to last a lifetime. Handcrafted from durable metals, they offer a high-quality finish, long-lasting wear, and a unique shine you won't find with drugstore sets.

Our nails are meticulously handcrafted to be strong yet lightweight, with an average weight of 1.5 gram. They are designed to feel like a natural extension of your hand, with a weight that signifies true quality, not bulk.

While our nails are much more scratch resistant than plastic, they will accumulate small scuffs from daily wear and tear. These etches only add to the nails' character over the years. To bring them back to their original shine, use a small amount of metal polish and clean cloth.

Stainless steel is a highly durable and scratch-resistant metal that never tarnishes. Sterling silver is a precious metal with brilliant white shine and higher detail, but it is less durable than stainless steel and can tarnish over time. We rhodium-plate our sterling silver nails to help them stay bright, but they will require occasional polishing. Our gold-plated nails have a core of our durable stainless steel, plated with a thick layer of real 18K gold. While resistant, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and abrasive materials to protect the finish.

Our nails are designed to be removed and reused. We recommend soaking them in warm, soapy water or by using the included nail-safe remover to gently lift them off. For the quickest removal use acetone to break down the glue. Never force them. View our full application & removal guide here.

In the rare case that a nail falls off, simply reapply it using the included adhesive.

Yes, our nails are waterproof. You can confidently wash your hands, shower, and swim in them. Just be sure to avoid water contact for the first 2-3 hours after application to allow the adhesive to fully set.

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. For US deliveries, you can expect your package to arrive in about 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination. During busy times, such as sales and holiday, please allow up to 5-8 business days for our team to hand-pack your order with care.

We ship worldwide. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent, allowing you to check the delivery status of your item.

If your order is marked as "delivered" but you can't find it, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We highly recommend including photos of any damage to help us assess the situation quickly. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order, as Vain Saint is not responsible for misdelivery, loss, or theft caused by incorrect information.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit and return request. To be eligible, the item must be in new, unused condition with all original components and packaging. Once approved, you will receive a shipping label via email. Please note that a $10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. All sales items are final and cannot be returned.

You can exchange your item for a new size within 14 days of delivery. The process is the same as a return, but with no processing fee. To start an exchange, submit a request via your Order History, making a note of the desired exchange.

Yes, we accept international returns. However, we do not provide return labels for orders outside of the US. You are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. The item must be in new, unused condition with all original components. Please include a note specifying if you would like a return or an exchange. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

We know accidents happen. That's why we offer individual nail sizes for purchase. For those concerned about losing a nail, we do offer insurance on lost nails which can be selected at checkout.

Yes, all our pieces come with a 1-year guarantee. If your item breaks within one year due to a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it free of charge. Please note that we cannot offer replacements for lost items, or those damaged due to pulling, force, or inappropriate use.
