Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Vain Saint set. If your order isn't the right fit, we're here to help.
Due to hygienic reasons, all nails must be unworn and in brand new condition, and return & exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Only one exchange may be requested per order.
Because every Vain Saint set individually follows our strict quality inspection, repackaging, and restocking, return and exchange fees help cover the cost of processing.
Domestic
EXCHANGES - FULL SET
Please use the included black bubble mailer and return only the nail set being exchanged.
A $15 exchange processing fee applies to all domestic exchanges. This fee covers:
- Prepaid return shipping
- Inspection
- Processing
- Shipment of your replacement order
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
When requesting your exchange, please let us know the set size you'd like to receive. If you're unsure of your size, you can reference our Size Guide.
To request an exchange for individual nails, please refer to our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
Once your exchange has been received and inspected, your replacement order will enter production and ship according to our current production timeline.
RETURNS
A $15 return processing fee applies to all domestic returns. This fee covers:
- Prepaid return shipping
- Inspection
- Sanitation
- Restocking
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided once your return request has been approved.
Please return your complete order in its original packaging, including:
- Nail box
- Application kit
- All included contents
Returns received without the original packaging or application kit will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
INTERNATIONAL
We’re unfortunately unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping through their preferred local carrier, as well as any shipping costs associated with the return.

To avoid extra customs fees please avoid using DHL shipping, using only your local shipping carrier.
Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges incurred during the return or exchange process are the responsibility of the customer.
