Order Processing

Each Vain Saint order is prepared by hand in our California studio.
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment.

During peak periods—such as launches, holidays, or promotional events—processing may take up to 5–8 business days. We appreciate your patience as our team carefully prepares each order to meet our quality standards.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• Free Shipping: Complimentary on all U.S. orders over $175 USD.

• Delivery Time: Typically 2–5 business days once shipped (excluding processing time).

• Carrier: All U.S. orders are shipped via trusted national carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx), depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your region or carrier delays.

International Shipping

Vain Saint ships worldwide.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

• Transit Time: Varies by destination—generally 7–14 business days.

• Customs & Duties:

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival.

  • These charges are not included in your Vain Saint order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Please allow a few business days for international tracking updates to appear.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
You can also track your order anytime through your customer account.

If your tracking shows as delivered but you cannot locate your package:

1. Double-check your delivery address.

2. Look around secure areas (mail room, front desk, neighbors, etc.).

3. If still missing, contact support@vainsaint.com within 3 business days so our team can investigate with the courier.

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and product condition so we can resolve it quickly.

Note: Vain Saint is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please review all address details carefully before checkout.

Pre-Orders & Special Releases

For limited collections or pre-order launches, the estimated shipping window will be clearly noted on the product page. 

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise specified.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or held by customs, we’ll do everything possible to assist, but please understand that we have limited control once the package has left our facility.
